Founded in 1992, Henry Schein ProRepair is a leader in providing a best-in-class service experience, driven by highly skilled technicians and customer service representatives, rigorous ISO quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Bam Boom Cloud America helped establish a vision of how we could transition the old legacy system to Business Central. We guided them through project scoping, structure, development, regression testing, implementation, change management, and post go-live support.
Focusing on getting up and running with the core features the business needed, then rolling out additional add ons.
The legacy system had limited integration capability and had created a significant amount of manual data management, compromising accuracy and efficiency.
Within the business there were challenges with establishing and monitoring operational KPI’s. The legacy system limited their ability to know where items were in process, to address bottlenecks and optimize functional areas. In addition, they had numerous off-system processes to provide visibility and transparency.
Overall, the previous system challenged the business to automate processes, utilize technologies to improve operating efficiencies and the customer service experience.
With many complexities including integrations to corporate systems, operational development requirements and changes to the physical workflow – this was a complex project. But simplifying complexities by breaking them down into manageable deliveries is what we do!

Integrating Microsoft Business Central into their corporate finance systems has provided more meaningful data and visibility of AP, AR and Inventory. In addition, integration into their CRM has provided the sales teams with actionable information.
Operationally, implementing Business Central has enabled them to deploy various technologies to improve workflow efficiencies. Technologies include handheld barcode scanners, thermal label printers and cameras for order tracking and verification. Processes are more structured, workflows are more visible and efficient, which has contributed to improving turnaround times and enhancing customer service.
