AM Fitness Inc. is the company behind the brands Gasp, Better Bodies and Destination Dallas Texas with offices in both Stockholm (Sweden) and Dallas (USA).
With over 20 years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness community, AM Fitness do everything from product development, design and marketing to make sure everything works for their customers’ wants and needs.
AM Fitness’s gym and Destination Dallas Texas is the global headquarters for their clothing brands, Gasp and Better Bodies, which are available in over 40 countries worldwide, and their warehouse from which they ship domestically.

Challenge
AM Fitness were using Dynamics NAV, which lacked integration between their website and shipping platform and it was extremely inefficient.
For the customer to receive their tracking number, the information had to be manually entered which left room for error.
So, they needed more efficient processes and to improve the level of customer experience they were providing.
The
Solution
By moving to Microsoft Business Central, AM Fitness now have integrated their website with their shipping and receiving platform and warehousing tools.
Following their seamless transition into the new system, they have a much more efficient process from when the customer places the order to when their parcel arrives on their doorstep.
By automating their manual process, the customer receives the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. As a result, customer tickets have reduced by 70.6%, from 70-100 per day to just 20-30 per day, so AM Fitness are providing a much higher level of customer service.
